Acceptable Use

• Violate any law or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Upload content that is defamatory, hateful, explicit, or otherwise prohibited under applicable regulations

• Run automated scraping, rate tests, or benchmarking without our written consent

Payments, Credits & Renewals

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your dashboard or by contacting support before the next billing date. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Refund requests are handled in line with applicable consumer laws.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, documentation, and other materials on qwenimagelayered.org (excluding your content) are owned by Qwen Image Layered or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the service unless expressly permitted in these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Qwen Image Layered is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated layers will be unique, error-free, or suitable for your specific production pipeline.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qwen Image Layered will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits or data, arising from your use of qwenimagelayered.org. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or fail to pay fees when due. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account or ceasing to use the service. Provisions regarding ownership, licenses, indemnities, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive termination.
